Cancellation Policy
Please kindly note that we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. We are a small business – no-shows and late cancellations hugely affect us.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
